Below is what you need to do next...

Your To-Do List 
1. Fill Out The Consult Form & Book Your Next Call To Go Over Everything With Mitch
2. Join The Facebook Group.
3. After Out Next Call - 
Activate Your  App Account.
We have sent an email to your preferred address. This is your tracking application where you'll find your workouts, nutrition plans, and support community. 
(NB: If you cannot find this setup email, please search all inboxes for "info@trainerize.com")

4. Take "Before" Pictures and Upload Them To The App.
Please wear a sports bra and shorts or two piece bathing suit and take pictures from the front, side, and back. Please take your progress photos using the timer feature on your phone's camera. This will allow you to get a full body shot. 

5. Weigh Yourself and Input Your Weight Into The App
Please do not skip this step. If you don't have scales available to you upon setup you can add your weight at a later stage. If this is the case, it should be a priority to order a set of digital scales as soon as possible. NOTE if you have a crappy relationship with the scales then use them as a frisbee instead and skip this step

6. Measure Yourself and Upload Your Body Stats Into The App. 
Be sure to keep the tape measure parallel to the floor at all times. 

HERE'S HOW:
Waist- measure around your waist on the line of your navel.
Hips- measure the widest part of your hips/butt. 
Thighs- measure the fullest part of your upper leg while standing.
Upper arms- measure above your elbows around the fullest part below your shoulder while your arm is straight.
